Location: the hotel was so close to Place Grenette, the tram line and restaurants, the tram, train station, shopping. I booked perfect little, airy room with balcony as well as fridge or electric kettle.

Our city trip was a pleasant experience with the hotel. The location was great, right in the heart of the city, and near restaurants and public transportation. We enjoyed the fresh fruit and good coffee offered during breakfast. the staff was friendly and approachable.

Finding the parking for the hotel was a bit tough with kids. No place to drop off bags at the entrance, and parking was at some distance that couldn't be accessed by car.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic! It was right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and public transport. We were able to explore the city easily and conveniently. Plus, the view from our room was stunning, overlooking a beautiful square. Another great aspect was the amazing staff. They were so kind and helpful, especially with our two young children. They even stored our pram for us and made our stay a breeze. It was definitely a bonus to have friendly and accommodating staff.

One drawback was the parking situation. It was a bit difficult to find, and we had to park about a 5-7 minute walk away from the hotel.
